EITI is a career focused training platform built to prepare people to work, earn, and build long term careers. We are not just training. We are preparing residents of Metro Detroit for real roles in high demand industries through hands on learning, certified skills, and clear career pathways. Our challenges
Many learners struggle to bridge the gap between classroom instruction and real employment. Traditional programs often leave graduates without the practical skills, certifications, and guidance needed to enter the workforce confidently.
